The GLF2353B-T1G7 from GLF Integrated Power is a constant output 2.55A current limit power switch device.

It has a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range. A 40mOhm (typical) on-state resistance (RDSon) is exhibited at 5V. Reverse current blocking, thermal shutdown, plus short-circuit protection and under-voltage lockout mechanisms are incorporated for assured ongoing reliable operation. A built-in output voltage slew rate control function is also included. This device is supplied in an SOT23-5L package (with 2.9mm x 2.8mm x 1.1mm dimensions). Key uses include telecommunication modules and portable consumer electronics products.
